MCMII took on the Affiliates this Sunday and the game started well for the Oakville side with plenty of possession and few good efforts which were well handled by the Affiliates keeper.
After 35 minutes MCM's pressure paid off when Chris Francis converted a low cross from the right hand side. MCM 1 nil up which is where the game ended at the half.
As the second started MCM again took control and after five minutes the same combination of a Leerue Bunknor cross was converted by Chris Francis. MCM 2-0
With 8 minutes left Rudy took a 30 yard shot which rattled the Affiliates crossbar but apart from that MCM saw the game out and took some much needed points
